Before you connect a mailbox
No. RapidMailSync can add messages to your Gmail and create labels for them. It cannot read, search, modify, send or delete anything already in your Gmail.
RapidMailSync works with KPN, Ziggo, Yahoo, GMX, iCloud, Outlook and most other providers that offer IMAP or POP3 access. We recognise many providers automatically and guide you through any provider-specific setup.
Usually not. Start with your email address and we’ll identify your provider and guide you through the connection. If your provider needs additional information, we’ll tell you exactly what to enter.
Yes. You can choose to import older mail from a connected mailbox. Large imports can take time depending on the size of the mailbox and the connection.
You get 7 days free. After the trial, the plan costs €12 a year, VAT included. Choose the plan before the trial ends to keep your mailboxes syncing; you can cancel it any time.
Yes. You can connect several mailboxes and have their mail delivered to the same Gmail account.
Your original mail stays in your mailbox. RapidMailSync never deletes mail from the mailbox unless you switch that on yourself, for a POP3 mailbox, after an explicit consent step.
No. RapidMailSync only adds mail from your connected mailboxes to Gmail. It doesn’t send messages from your Gmail.
